Thalgo Facials
Thalgo has a facial to treat virtually any concern. All Thalgo facials begin with the “Discovery of the Sea” welcome massage to ease tensions and immerse you in a relaxing aquatic cocoon. For best results, Thalgo recommends a course of 6 facials, in conjunction with the accompanying homecare range. And a continuation of 1 to 2 facials per mth to continue effectiveness.

Lumiere Marine Brightening Facial and Hand Treatment

Now is the perfect time to have a Lumiere Marine brightening facial and hand treatment! This facial is infused with brown algae extract, vitamin C and active oxygen which helps to push the natural ingredients into the skin, which in turn helps to even out and brighten skin tone. It is also effective on pigmentation due to ageing of the skin and environmental factors such as UV damage and smoking. The treatment is accompanied by a hand exfoliating mask and massage. You also receive a shooter of 10,000g of collagen.
Follow up after Lumiere Facial:
It is highly recommended to have this facial once a week for 3 weeks, then rest for 1 month and continue as needed. Also, for optimum benefit, we advise you to use the Lumiere Marine specialized home care products. It is also very important to use the correct facial suncare to protect the skin as this is a triple but gentle resurfacing treatment.
Note: This treatment is not suitable for persons with a nut allergy! Persons under a physician's care being treated for cancer. It will not help with hormonal pigmentation.

This personalised Thalgo signature facial ritual begins with a relaxing welcome massage after which the skin is gently cleansed and exfoliated. A serum packed with active marine ingredients is applied with Thalgo’s Heart of the Ocean massage, recreating the rhythmic motions of the sea to relax the facial muscles and relieve tension in the arms, shoulders and neck. This is followed by a skin-specific mask to correct any skin concerns. The treatment finishes with an application of moisturiser, leaving the complexion restored to its natural beauty.

Dermalux LED Light Therapy
Introducing the dermalux LED light therapy for a variety of skin conditions such as anti ageing, acne, inflamed skin, psoriasis, open pores, joint and muscle aches and pain relief, also great to use after treatments such as microneedling to calm and soothe skin or after any facial treatments for added benefits. It can also be used as a stand-alone course for rejuvenation.

Thalgo Body Softening and Moisturising Treatments
Thalgo's deeply nourishing foot beauty revitalising treatment – 1hr - £50
Includes foot exfoliation, mask and massage.
Thalgo's Sweet and Savoury or Island body (salt) exfoliation scrub– 1hr 15 mins - £65
Thalgo La Beaute Marine Indocence Sweet and Savoury Body scrub, with smoothing and energising properties. This scrub is enriched with rich essential oils Anthemis nobilis (chamomile ) and Citrus reticulata (mandarin peel oil) and Citrus paradisi (Grapefruit peel oil). Leaving the skin soft, smooth and energised.
Thalgo Marine Exotic Island (salt) scrub, has nourishing and purifying properties. The salt scrub is enriched with jojoba, sweet almond and apricot kernel oils and algae extracts. NOTE: This scrub is not suitable for guests with nut allergies!
Both scrubs are followed by a warm shower and finished off with Thalgo's la Beaute Marine deeply nourishing body cream massaged gently into the skin leaving it soft, smooth and hydrated.
Aromaceane Body Wrap – 1hr 15 mins - £75
This treatment is a holistic remineralising body wrap which is tailored to suit each client's need, incorporating Natural Marine Mud with a choice of 2 aromatic oils. The treatment starts with a 'discovery of the sea massage' followed by reflexology of the feet. The body wrap is applied and the client is wrapped and cocooned while having a most relaxing and releasing scalp massage. The treatment ends with a shower, followed by a 25 mins body massage.
This treatment is great for sportsmen and women who wish to relieve joint tensions and muscular pain. Can be used on persons with thyroid problems and fish allergies. Marine mud is great for anyone sensitive to Iodine.
Results: Total body remineralisation with either relaxing or slimming benefits.
As a treatment course: It is recommended for an intensive treatment 12 sessions at a rate of 2 per week or a course of 6 per week.
Maintaining the results: 1 session per month.
Contra-indications for this treatment: Pregnancy, cancer or anyone being treated for cancer.
Cold Cream Marine Body Treatment
Cold Cream – 1hr 15 mins - £75
This is the ultimate nourishing body treatment. It's prefect for the cold seasons, especially when the skin becomes dry from cold winds and central heating. It is also perfect for restoring comfort to dry and very dry skin.
The ritual begins with a full body exfoliation followed by a deeply hydrating body wrap to soothe the skin and relieve any feelings of dryness. Whilst this is taking effect, a relaxing releasing scalp massage is carried out to promote relaxation and ease tension. Then for 20 minutes the wrap is massaged in to the entire body, including hands and feet.
Results: Deeply nourished and hydrated skin
This treatment can be done as often as needed.

This massage is perfect for all in the 2nd and 3rd trimester.
All is well with yourself and baby? Why not give yourself some me time while you care for your baby and await the arrival!
Be assured that lots of care will be given to you while preparing for and during your session. Your comfort and the comfort of the baby will be our primary concern throughout. This will leave you refreshed! relaxed! rejuvenated!
This massage can be done regularly, as massage calms, soothes and aids in relieving a mum's aches and pains as she prepares to welcome new life.

Postnatal massage
Postnatal Massage (postpartum) – 1hr 15 mins - £75
This massage helps new mums to have some me time, offering benefits such as stress reduction, pain relief and relaxation.
Other benefits include reduced swelling, hormone regulation and can reduced anxiety and depression and promote better sleep.
If you've had a cesarean section, please check with your doctor that it is safe for you to have a massage. You can also speak with your therapist if you're unsure.
Also, If you've had any major complications in your pregnancy or previous pregnancies, it is strongly advised to check with your doctor before starting your massage sessions.
Massage when done regularly brings relaxation, rejuvenation and improved wellbeing!
